We wish our Weyermann® malt and beer experts Alexander Schorr, Leonhard Habermann, Yovcho Byalkov and Thomas Kreiner a great time today at the 57th Malting Technology Conference at the Doemens Academy in Gräfelfing.

As a warm-up event the traditional family malster evening took place yesterday evening in the new building of the Doemens Academy.

The Malting Technology Conference is a long-established event, which is specifically aimed at malting companies and their trade and business partners.

At this annual industry get-together the current situation in the national and international malt trade is highlighted.

Experts provide information about the developments and research results from the malt sector that are relevant for practitioners, which always find room for a lively exchange and discussions.
