Weyermann® Distribution Partner Seminar & Evening 2023
After three wonderful days at the Brau Beviale in Nuremberg, we invited our distribution partners to the traditional Weyermann® Distribution Partner Seminar & Evening.
As part of the seminar, they received an update on current topics of the red and yellow world through selected presentations by various speakers at the Weyermann® Logistics Center.
After welcoming words from the Weyermann® management, Thomas Kraus-Weyermann opened the seminar with a presentation on news, investments and upgrades at Weyermann®. Then Aishagul Schleicher, Weyermann® Raw Materials Purchasing Department Manager, took the floor and presented the Weyermann® harvest report.
After a short coffee break, the second block of the seminar began with our Weyermann® International Malting & Brewing Expert Alirio Caldera. He spoke about the most important Weyermann® FAQs. Next up was Fedor Nikolashkin, also International Malting & Brewing Expert at Weyermann®, who talked about our two malt varieties, Weyermann® Barke® and Weyermann® Isaria 1924®. Michael Wöß, Weyermann® R&D department manager, concluded the second block of the seminar with a lecture on “Light and non-alcoholic beers – new trends on the beer market”.
Well strengthened by a delicious lunch – there was thai curry with rice, fruit salad, cake and selfmade malt icecream with cinnamon from Azerbaijan and vanilla from Mexico, the last seminar block began. Weyermann® International Malting & Brewing Expert Axel Jany opened this block with a report on the latest developments in the Weyermann® caramel and roasted malt product range. After a question and discussion session, the tour of the new Weyermann® Caramel Malt Cathedral concluded the exciting and educational seminar!
To end the eventful day on a cozy note, the partners finally came together for the Weyermann® Distribution Partner Evening in the festively decorated Visitors Center. With Weyermann® beer and spirits specialties, Prosecco and a delicious Franconian tapas finger food buffet, they danced, laughed and strengthened the red and yellow bond of friendship until late in the evening.
Many thanks to our organizational team for the excellent preparation and to everyone else involved for their participation, which contributed to the success of the seminar and festive evening.
Thanks also go to the Partyservice Ludwig from Burgebrach for the fantastic catering!
And last but not least thank you to the lovely trio of RedPack for the musical accompaniment of the evening!
