Gold for the Weyermann® Distillery in Mainz!
We start off the new week with wonderful news from Mainz: our Weyermann® Triple Cask Single Malt Whisky was awarded gold at the Women’s International Trophy 2024!
This exquisite specialty from our in-house distillery impressed the jury with its unique complexity, rich aroma and distinctive character. This marvelous fine spirit matured in three different casks, giving it extraordinary depth and nuance.
We warmly congratulate Philipp Schwarz, Weyermann® Master Distiller and creator of this fantastic creation, on this well-deserved award and recognition of his work! Well done!
The Women’s International Trophy is an annual wine, beer and spirits competition organized by Armonia Deutschland GmbH in Mainz. A purely female international jury of experienced experts blind-tastes the submitted products based on sensory analysis criteria. With nearly 1,000 samples tasted in 2024, the competition enjoys great popularity in the industry.
