BeerX Africa 2024, Cape Town, South Africa

We are delighted with these wonderful pictures our Weyermann® International Malting & Brewing Expert Axel Jany brought back from his trip to Cape Town, South Africa!

Last week, he traveled there as an ambassador of our Bamberg specialty malt factory to spread the red and yellow spirit at the BeerX Africa.

This event, organized annually by Dematech Pty Ltd., our Weyermann® distribution partner for West, East, and Southern Africa, includes a conference and expo. While the conference offers various tasting and workshop sessions as well as presentations from industry experts, the expo area invites attendees to discover the latest industry trends and innovations. During BeerX Africa, the winners of the African Beer Cup, the largest beer competition in Africa, are also announced.
