Quality Time with our American distribution partners from BSG

Last week, we had the wonderful opportunity to cultivate our bridge of friendship to the United States. Malissia Urlaub, Jason Darby, and James Owen from the Brewers Supply Group (BSG), our long-standing Weyermann® distributor for the USA and Canada, paid us a lovely visit.

It is a tradition at Weyermann® Mat to welcome BSG team members each year for a exchange at our facility.

It is a tradition at Weyermann® Malz to welcome BSG team members each year for a collaborative exchange at our facility.

During their visit, the team experienced ‘the full Weyermann® experience.’ In addition to gaining insights into our specialty malt production and receiving theoretical knowledge, they participated in brewing and baking sessions, various beer and malt tastings and much more.

Their stay also included getting acquainted with the local Franconian beer culture. Thus, among others, they enjoyed cozy evenings at the historic smoked beer brewery Schlenkerla and our long-time customer, the Sternla brewery.

We extend heartfelt thanks to Malissia Urlaub, Jason Darby, and James Owen for their wonderful visit and look forward to seeing them again soon!
