Weyermann® Malt: Role model for quality education
Weyermann® Malz was selected as a flagship project for the Sustainable Development Goal 4 “Quality Education”. This recognition by the Bavarian State Ministry for Family, Labor and Social Affairs confirms our long-standing commitment to the promotion and further development of our employees.
High-quality education is a central concern for us, which we address with a comprehensive training program. We promote professional and personal development through a wide range of topics, from IT and languages to leadership and wellbeing.
We are particularly proud of our support program for the mindful use of language and our training program for foreign languages. These programs enable our employees to expand their language skills and even take certificate exams. This is important for their professional development and also promotes intercultural understanding in our globally active company.
The ever-growing number of participants in our educational programs demonstrates the success of this approach. Through our commitment to lifelong learning, we secure skilled workers, encourage new perspectives and promote innovation.
