Beer Seminars
All beer lovers and good taste enthusiasts can discover beer in a new dimension immersed in the unique environment of the Weyermann® Visitors Center.
In these seminars one of our currently 21 trained beer sommeliers at Weyermann® shares their beer expertise and knowledge in events such as “Beer and Cheese”, “Beer and Chocolate”, just to name a few.
In a friendly and appealing atmosphere, our beer experts will show you exquisite food and beer pairings with beers from our own brewery.

Gin Experience
Gin has become an established drink with its solid fan base in every bar. More and more connoisseurs have experienced how multifaceted gin can surprise our palate. So come and enjoy the complex variety of flavors that go far beyond the ordinary juniper berries with us.
Whether with a citrus, floral or even peppery note the taste nuances in a gin can vary by adding a wide range of botanicals. An extraordinary example of such a gin is our WEYERMANN® GIN, in which a combination of several flavor notes merge into a unique taste experience.
In our Gin Experience Seminar, the participants learn what botanicals are and how they are used for producing signature gins. Our Weyermann® master distiller Philipp Schwarz will run a live gin distillation with the participants and will share his expertise in distillation and gin production.
At the end of the seminar, the participants will join Philipp Schwarz in a guided gin tasting session of different gin varieties.
Brewing Seminars
Creative brewers can brew in our Weyermann® pilot brewery and produce up to 2.5 – 2.8 hl of their beer idea. In this modern and versatile brewery, built by Kaspar Schulz in Bamberg, brewers can let their dream beer become reality, while using freshly produced Weyermann® specialty malts in this state-of-the-art pilot brewery.
