Central European Brewers Conference 2025

We are delighted by the impressions shared by our Weyermann® International Malting & Brewing Expert, Fedor Nikolashkin, from his recent trip to Budapest.

Last week, he attended the Central European Brewers Conference as an ambassador of our Bamberg family malthouse and shared his expertise through a lecture on “The Future of Craft Beer: Innovations in Malting.”

The Central European Craft Brewers Conference (CEBC) is an annual conference and trade show representing the craft beer industry in Central Europe. The conference is a trade only event open to any craft brewery or supplier and provides an opportunity to network in a community of great brewers from the region.  As part of the CEBC the “King of Craft Beer Competition” was held – Congrats to all winners!
