The Weyermann® “Value Flower”: A Colorful Symbol of Our Company Culture

A beautiful new calligraphy motif adorns our company premises: the Weyermann® “Value Flower” is displayed at the entrance to our company building on Memmelsdorferstrasse 75, featuring vibrant shades of red, orange, and yellow.

The Weyermann® “Value Flower” visually represents our four core company values: “Competence,” “Openness,” “Appreciation,” and “Cohesion.” These were once defined by employees themselves as part of a joint workshop.

Each flower petal represents one of these four values, all interconnected by the Weyermann® logo in the center.

Three key words surrounding each petal further characterize the meaning of the individual values. The flower stem is formed by the terms “Joy” and “Enthusiasm,” representing the result of value-conscious interactions with one another.

This cheerful play of colors is an absolute eye-catcher on the way into the company building, inviting everyone to become aware of these values and integrate them into their daily work routine.
