Top rating for the Weyermann® Nougat Cream Liqueur at the Women’s International Trophy 2023

With 95 out of a possible 100 points, the Weyermann® Nougat Cream Liqueur secured a gold award at this year’s Women’s International Trophy in the category „Liqueur – Other“!

The Weyermann® Nougat Cream Liqueur – refined with the finest Weyermann® whisky – combines the finest nuances of nougat with cream and a pleasant sweetness.

Just by its looks, this fantastic composition convinced the examination committee across the board and scored 10 out of a possible 10 points. There were also almost full points for the other test parameters such as odor intensity and quality as well as taste intensity and quality.

The Women’s International Trophy is an annual wine, beer and spirits competition organized by Armonia Deutschland GmbH in Mainz. The products submitted are blindly tasted by an all-female international jury of experienced experts based on the sensory analysis criteria of the International Organization of Vine and Wine OIV. With almost 1,000 samples tasted in 2023, the competition is very popular in the industry.
