We welcome Paul Fleischmann
We are delighted to welcome Paul Fleischmann to Weyermann®!
The native of Bamberg began his training as a food technology specialist in our family malting company on September 1st, 2024.
He has already completed several internships in the commercial sector and is now looking forward to demonstrating his craftsmanship in the food industry. Paul Fleischmann will be trained by Stefan Hönig, the team leader of our roasted malt beer brewery.
We wish Paul Fleischmann a lot of fun and joy in his training!
