We welcome Ralf Dauer

We gladly introduce our new team member Ralf Dauer!

Ralf Dauer joined our team as a production and technology trainee on October 1st, 2023.

In his role, he will gain comprehensive insight into all departments over the next two years.

Ralf Dauer began his professional career with training as a brewer and maltster. Afterwards he underwent further educational training as a graduate brew master at the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan, which he successfully completed this summer.

In his free time, Mr. Dauer enjoys being involved in various sports clubs and is also a passionate hobby brewer.

We warmly welcome Ralf Dauer to our team and wish him lots of fun and joy at his new job!
