Weyermann® on Tour: 23rd Career Information Days in Kyffhäuserkreis, Sondershausen, Thuringia
On November 8 and 9, 2024, the Career Information Days took place at the Karl-Günther-Kaserne. Weyermann® was present with a stand, showcasing our family business to interested visitors.
On Friday afternoon, the regional management of North Thuringia, in collaboration with us, hosted a networking afternoon under the motto “Oktoberfest of Education.” Local companies, trainers, and career orientation teachers had the opportunity to connect and exchange ideas.
Our factory manager from Clingen Jens Hell and Stefanie Augner, employee in raw materials purchasing, presented our company and consolidated our excellent reputation in the Kyffhäuserkreis with tasty delicacies and selected beers from our Weyermann® Braumanufaktur.
On Saturday morning, the official fair opened, targeting young people considering their career choices. A musical program and welcoming words from the deputy district administrator set a festive tone. With 57 exhibitors, the fair was well-attended. Our team members, Annabell Meißner and Stefanie Augner, were on hand to answer questions about our diverse training opportunities. It was impressive to see the many areas we cover as a traditional family business!
We were particularly pleased to welcome Landtag member Stefan Schard and other interested guests from the city council and administration.
A heartfelt thank you to our management for their support and to the economic development team of the Kyffhäuserkreis district office for their excellent organization. The helpfulness of the staff at the Karl-Günther-Kaserne also contributed to a smooth event.
