Weyermann® on tour: südback 2022, Stuttgart, Germany
Starting today through Tuesday next week the Messe Stuttgart opens its gates for the südback, one of the most important trade fairs for the bakery and confectionery trades.
Our Weyermann® experts for the baking and food area Friedrich Rauh, Weyermann® Craft Baker, and Ulrich Ferstl, Weyermann® team leader direct customers and food, as well as Michael Wöß, Weyermann® head of R&D, will visit the trade fair together on Monday.
At the südback, around 700 exhibitors are looking forward to present their products and services to trade visitors from Germany and abroad. The range of offers includes working and operating technology, raw materials, merchandise, business furnishings and equipment, sales promotion and services related to the baking industry.
A varied supporting program offers trade visitors a platform for exchange with colleagues, international market leaders and other experts on current industry trends and developments as well as technical innovations.
