By now, you have probably received the new Weyermann® desk pad and wall calendar for 2021.

We hope you will put both to good use so that we may continue to be by your side in your daily affairs throughout the New Year.

We are looking forward to being once again your partner in all things malty in 2021!

Also in 2020, we have decided to make a donation to our worthy project in Soni, near Lushoto, in Tanzania, Africa.

A Benedictine missionary, Father Athanas Meixner of Münsterschwarzach, Germany, will be overseeing this project on our behalf. Specifically, the project supports the elementary school education of children in Soni, as well as assists orphans in poverty who often have nobody to turn to but their grandparents, or sometimes just their grandmother.

We have purchased notebooks and books for 100 children; financed the tailoring of school uniforms by local women; and have supported the installation of clean running water and the preparation of at least one warm meal – mostly of corn grits and beans – per school day.

The raw materials for these meals are all sourced from local farmers, who thus benefit from a secure market for their produce that these meals ensure.
