30 years Hausladen – Malz and More

For customers in over 140 countries around the world, we have an international distribution partner network that helps us meet our requirements.

One of our partners who acts as a contact for our home brewing customers in Germany is the company Hausladen HDB GmbH.

Starting as a potato wholesaler in 1932, the company has expanded over the years and expanded its business division into various areas – one of which being the malt division. In 1967, an in-house malthouse was integrated in order to expand the range of services.

In 1992, the company Hausladen opened a warehouse as a branch in Oberschleißheim near Munich. Today, our brewing customers find a wide selection of our Weyermann® specialty malts there, as well as hops and also yeast from Fermentis®.

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Hausladen – Malz and More branch, our Weyermann® customer consultant Max Berchtold presented a framed and signed Weyermann® malt bag to Hausladen employee Frank Rodenhauser.

This kind and attentive gesture filled Frank Rodenhauser with joy, who thanked Max Berchtold many times on behalf of the company.

We are happy and grateful to have such a wonderful and competent partner for our home brewing customers at our side with the Hausladen team!
