Our pilot malting system can process up to 100 kg of malt.

It offers the chance to steep, germinate and kiln malts through varying systems like a saladin box or a germination-kilning combination drum.

We can even rost up to 50 kgs of malt in our Pilot Roasting Drum.

This pilot malting system helps us develop and design new malt types as well as finetune the parameters of malting for every new year of the barley crop.
