Triple Gold for the Weyermann® Distillery at the Baden Best Spirits Awards 2022

A shower of medals for our Weyermann® distillery: as part of the Baden Best Spirits Awards 2022, we received gold for our Weyermann® Single Malt Whisky No. 4, our Weyermann® apple spirit aged in acacia barrels and our Weyermann® Bitters!

The Weyermann® Single Malt Whisky No. 4 is a composition of the finest Weyermann® specialty malts. Until its botteling, this noble spirit aged in four selected barrels in the Weyermann® barrelroom for four years: an American and European white oak barrel, a former rum barrel and an ex-bourbon barrel.

Our master distiller Philipp Schwarz produced the Weyermann® bitters using a classic manufacturing process. After the traditional maceration, eight selected herbs, roots and spices were combined to create this tasty bitters. Our Weyermann® Sinamar® wonderfully rounds off the balanced composition.

The Weyermann® apple spirits, which is made with apples from our local Weyermann® orchards and aged in acacia barrels, comes with a unique and unmistakable aroma profile.
