Weyermann® on tour: Brewmaster Camp 2022
Today the Brewmaster Camp 2022 kicks off on the Stiegl estate in Wildshut, Austria, the country’s first beer estate, with Weyermann® Malts as sponsor.
Hosted from Axel Kiesbye, owner of the Kiesbye Academy in Obertrum, Austria, the Brewmaster Camp combines an unique concept of learning and relaxing.
As part of the event, brewing enthusiasts can brew beer together with renowned master brewers from the international brewing scene, receive practical tips and tricks on global brewing technology and expand their beer horizons through accompanying scientific workshops and seminars.
The beer estate itself and the Obertrumer Lake offer the participants the perfect setting to relax in an idyllic atmosphere.
Ulrich Ferstl, Weyermann® team leader direct customers and food, will be on site as Weyermann® ambassador and give a lecture on the subject of “Smoked malts and their sensory profile in comparison”.
