Time To Say Goodbye: Philipp Welles

We say goodbye to our employee Philipp Welles, who is taking on a new challenge.

He will expand his knowledge in all aspects of brewing and become a brewing and beverage technologist at the renowned Doemens Academy.

Philipp Welles has been working for the world market leader in specialty malts since 2016, when he started his apprenticeship as brewer and maltster. After he successfully finished his training he supported our team at the Weyermann® brew manufacture.

Philipp Welles learned a lot in the last four years in the Weyermann® Team. “Weyermann® will always be a part of me and will be kept in good memory”, he wrote at his farewell.

Constantin Förtner, team leader of the brewery, is sure that Philipp Welles will successfully enhance his knowledge.

He particularly appreciated his quick comprehension and absolute reliability. Constantin Förtner thanked him personally for the trustful cooperation.
